Another important complex in the Vuosaari Harbour Centre is the business park springing up next to the harbour. New logistics and auto-logistics areas, a gate centre, and repair and maintenance areas will be built for businesses and operations closely connected to harbour facilities.

The logistics area and the gate centre are developed by Sponda Ltd.

The gate centre area contains the Gate House office building, a parking building and the Hansa Terminal for passenger traffic. The Vuosaari Harbour is in charge of building the infrastructure for the areas and Sponda Ltd is responsible for constructing, developing and marketing the area.
